March 15
Good Morning All!  We slept in our own home last night!  It was a wonderful trip yet we are very glad to be home and especially to see you all!  Not sure if we will make it to movie night as we haven’t had much sleep until last night (slept 10 hours!) so not sure if we will see you tonight or tomorrow at Bill’s Celebration of Life.  Sorry the BLOGs are not caught up but will do it soon!  We will be doing our grocery shopping and picking up Billy and Jessie, yahoo!

…"let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by him this man is standing before you well. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”  Acts 4:10, 12 ESV
Leviticus 23
Our God lists His appointed feasts in this chapter.  They are holy to Him and He starts first with Shabbat. Next, He speaks of Passover and not only did He pass over the Jews in Egypt when death hit every family with children and animals in Egypt, but He has passed us over and given us His life, eternal life in His Kingdom instead of death which we all deserved if not for the grace and mercy of our God!  Included in the days following Passover is the Feast of Unleavened Bread representing the loss of sin in our lives because our Lord Yeshua took it to the Cross and paid our death price on all of our behalf, once and for all!
The next is the Feast of First Fruits and I thank You Lord that Your resurrection and life give us New Life in You, making us the able to live our lives in the Fruit of the Spirit!
The Feast of Weeks is next which culminates 7 weeks after the sheaf and wave offering and is commonly known as Pentecost and the infilling of You, Holy Spirit!  We must not take in all the blessings for ourselves but make sure the poor are fed.
The next Feast is the Feast of Trumpets and we make great proclamation of who You are Lord!
The Day of Atonement is so significant because what would we do without You atoning for our sin?  Our part is repentance and receiving Your forgiveness and placing complete trust in You, dying to self and living in You alone.
The Feast of Booths celebrates Your Return when You will gather us to You!  It is the most joyous of Feasts, my God and I say, Maranatha!  Come Lord Yeshua, come for us!
Psalms 128-130
128 As I fear the Lord I am blessed, my children are blessed and we will see the Kingdom of God for all eternity!
129 Though Israel has been afflicted, no one will prevail against Her!  Those who hate Israel will never be blessed and unfortunately there are many who hate Her in this day and age and will lose all and never be blessed.
130 You have removed our iniquities oh Lord and we are forgiven and wait Your return!  Israel is forever redeemed!
John 14
My heart NEVER needs to be troubled believing in You my God, my refuge!
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you had known me, you would have known my Father also.  From now on you do know him and have seen him.”

We know our Lord by His Word and His Spirit and His works and therefore we know Father God!  Walking with my God I can ask anything of Him and He hears and He responds to my requests!  My proof of love to my Lord is keeping His commands and they are never burdensome!  Lord, may I speak Your Words of Life!  I am so grateful that You, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance all the Son speaks and that You are the perfect Helper to me!  I have Your Peace and it is marvelous!
Meditate & Apply: The feasts are significant in that they all point to our Lord and all He has done and is about to do on my behalf.  As I fear the Lord I am blessed, blessed, blessed!  I never have to be troubled about anything going on because I trust my God and He will take care of everything!  I am filled with the very peace of God!
