March 22
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Ephesians 6:10-11 ESV

Numbers 3
Not only did Nadab and Abihu die for offering strange fire but they had no children, wiping out descendants forever.  The Lord is strict about who He assigns to which duties and doesn’t take lightly those who try to step into a position that is not given by Him.  And to think that someone can become a minister by buying the papers online.  The Lord takes care of His ministers.
Psalms 148-150
148 Praise the Lord for everything He has created.  Praise the Lord because it is just plain good to Praise the Lord!
149 Our Lord likes new songs.  Hint, hint, worship team!  The Lord likes musical instruments and dancing!  The Lord likes us to rejoice before Him.  Sing high praise to the Lord yet don’t let don’t our battle weapons against the enemy of our souls!
150 6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
What a great way to close off the Psalms!  This Psalm always reminds me of Walter and I look forward to when He leads us again in singing Psalm 150!
John 21

Our Lord cares about the exact number of people who are Born-Again!  Lord, I pray as we gather them into Your Kingdom, that not one is lost because our “net” does not tear at Kona Faith Center.  The Lord was calling Peter to be a fisher of men.  It is easy to go back to what is familiar, even safe but that’s not we are to do unless led by the Spirit of course.  Our thinking needs to change.  Yesterday at church, our friends from Canada, Bill and Diana had PJ do their marriage vow renewal.  It is their 56th anniversary and though they live in Canada, they love Kona Faith Center ever since they first visited in 1990.  Bill is 90 and he and his wife work 4 days a week at a “thrift” type of shop and that is their connect to getting supplies they give for the homeless.  Bill repairs things and cleans them up for resale.  He is a former school teacher.  This work is of course besides their church involvement.  This is what I mean by never retiring.  God has not called us to stay home and do nothing, ever.  Bill and Diana are of complete sound mind.  We went to their condo with their family afterwards for food and fellowship and Bill and Diana walked up three flights of stairs instead of taking an elevator…Lord, if I live long on this earth, let me live like this. Thank you Pat and Vicky and Tommy and Sylvia and Isabella and…for being such great examples for the rest of us!  May you stay strong and be of sound mind for all of your days on this earth.
Meditate & Apply: Do what I am called to do so I please the Lord.  My God is worthy of continuous praise!  It is important to keep people in the “net”.  What an awesome thing it is to have been led by the Lord to have processes in place with great people to do so.  Let Your glory be seen every time we gather at Kona Faith Center.  Never stop working for the Lord.
