March 25
Wonderful family day yesterday afternoon in fellowship.  It was such a beautiful time at the beach with our ohana!
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 ESV

Numbers 6

The Nazarite vow was serious business and was a separation unto the Lord.  I think about how Samson was blessed yet did not take his vow seriously and it brought death to him.  Vows are not to be taken lightly yet in our society they don’t hold much meaning any more.  I am working on my yes being yes and my no being no.  I cannot commit to anything if I don’t intend to keep my Word.  God always keeps His Word.  Lord, help me to truly think before I say yes and make sure I am saying yes to the things You want me to yes to.  Thank You Lord that You care so much to bless Your people!

Proverbs 3

Living God’s way brings life with peace and longevity.  The Lord looks for me to have steadfast love as He does and to be faithful as He is faithful.  Trusting God leads me on the paths of righteousness and fearing Him brings refreshment to my bones.  As I honor the Lord with the wealth He gives me, increase comes to me.  Discipline from the Lord when I am in error shows His love for me so that I get it correct and reap the blessings.  Wisdom and understanding far outweigh all benefits of money.  God is the Creator, no one and nothing else.  Those who think otherwise are not wise or discerning.  Wisdom and discernment are a great protection while on this earth.  I am not to withhold good when I am able to provide.  Favor comes to the humble and honor to the wise.  Fearing God places humility and honor in me.  Proverbs encourage me to live for the Lord and Him alone.

2 Corinthians 3
I truly think that the first paragraph describes most of the people of Kona Faith Center – living letters of the proof of the Lord living in them and them living for the Lord.  I believe that you truly try to live your lives by the Spirit who give God’s life in you and are not at all legalistic.  My hope is in You Lord and that is why I can be bold.
17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Thank You Holy Spirit for being in our services because You are in our lives!

Meditate & Apply: As I am working on being more intentional I recognize that it comes with my yes truly being yes and my no being no.  Thank You Holy Spirit that You are so gracious with leading me in this.  As long as I truly live in the fear of the Lord, I can make it in any area the Lord is leading me.  I absolutely appreciate the freedom in our church by the Holy Spirit so we can truly worship the Lord in Spirit and Truth.
