June 22
Had a full and wonderful day yesterday with our two granddaughters celebrating Hayden’s birthday (clothes shopping), lunch and hanging out at the mall.  Late afternoon we visited my sister who was not a happy camper when we first arrived but Stacy was able to bring the calm.  Stacy, Jason and I then went to dinner, eating some very good Mexican food and talking until after 9pm about the Lord.  Today will be her first day reading and sharing OHA with me and PJ.  Thank you all for your prayers for our trip!  Today we will visit Sharon this morning and then head to Jamie’s piano recital at 1pm.
Daily Verse from Bible Gateway
The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.  Psalm 121:7-8 ESV
1 Samuel 1

Eli assumed Hannah was drunk based on a wrong assumption.  I cannot base any truth on wrong assumptions.  Hannah received the answer to her prayer for a child as soon as Eli gave her the Word from the Lord that her request was answered.  Faith means I believe and trust God when He first speaks His Word and promises to me, not when they manifest.  Hannah actually received her request when she asked it of God.
1Then Eli answered, “Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant your petition that you have made to him.” 18 And she said, “Let your servant find favor in your eyes.” Then the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad.
“The Lord remembered Hannah.”  I am so thankful that the Lord never forgets His promises to me!

Isaiah 46-47
It is the Lord Himself who has carried me from the womb!  When Jason and I were first married we sought godly counsel for some areas in our life and one of the things that happened during that time was that the Lord gave me a vision of me being birthed and He was the One who caught me, not a doctor or a nurse but His hands and I realized how He had always been there for me since the day I was born.  He still carries me with my gray hair!
Your counsel stands forever Lord God and You did send a man, Your Son, Yeshua Messiah to pay our sin price because of Your great love for Your people!
11b: “I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass; I have purposed, and I will do it.”
47 The Lord is not pleased when nations rise up against Israel or anyone who calls on the Name of the Lord, for that matter.

Luke 24
Peter is still my favorite of the apostles.  I guess I can just relate as he had such a deep love for the Lord even with all his imperfections and mistakes.  He believed that the Lord truly rose from the dead when the other apostles did not, though Lord Yeshua told them over and over again that He would rise on the third day.  I also appreciate so much that it was once again the women who braved it first, going to the tomb.  Lord, let Your scriptures continually be revealed before my eyes so I have the understanding You desire in my life.  Thank You also for filling me with the promised Holy Spirit!
Meditate & Apply: As soon as the Lord gives me the promise, it becomes truth even if it doesn’t manifest right away.  After walking with the Lord all of these years, I know this to be so very true in my life.  I need not be anxious about anything, He has me covered and has from the very beginning and will during my journey on this earth and into the Kingdom of Heaven!  My Lord remembers me and my petitions before Him!  In other scripture it speaks of how it is impossible for God to lie.  It is so wonderful that You haven chosen Lord, to make it impossible for You to lie!  It is the Lord who opens my spiritual eyes and ears to know His truth.
13 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13

The grandkids are how old! Unwavering faith regardless of the circumstances or how long before the manifestation, being fully confident that God will bring it to past. Coming into agreement with you for Stacy and the rest of your family.
