Jerad Kekoa headed home on the 11pm flight to Phoenix last night.  He had a wonderful time as did we.  Our family of four arrived in the afternoon yesterday and my oh my, I forgot the energy of a 6 year old boy, LOL!  I wish I could manufacture that!  Even the dogs are surprised in their mid age!
…fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10 ESV
2 Samuel 3

Though David, not a perfect man (who is, any person other than the Lord?), did try to live in the justice of the Lord most of the time.  God can and will use any circumstance to bring His will forefront.
Jeremiah 9
23 Thus says the Lord: “Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, 24 but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the Lord who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord.”
Acts 27
The Spirit of the Lord certainly has more wisdom than the mind of man.  Once again, Paul used this opportunity to declare the goodness of God.  Again, the Word of the Lord came to pass.
Meditate & Apply: Circumstances come and go but the Word of the Lord is everlasting.  The only thing worth boasting about concerning myself is that I have a living relationship with my God, my Lord, my Abbah (daddy)!  Listen to the giver of wisdom over anything else.

Boast that I know Jesus--I have a relationship with the living God! Wow! I should be bolder!
