I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments. Psalm 119:60 ESV

2 Samuel 11

If David had been where he was supposed to be, he would have had victory instead of failure.  Sin begets sin, begets sin, begets sin… Good lesson here!  Be where I am supposed to be.  Always be quick to repent with even a wrong attitude!
Jeremiah 15
God is good and good only.  When evil comes upon people it is because they have chosen it over the Lord.
James 1:13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. 14 But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. 15 Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death.
Jeremiah 15: 21 I will deliver you out of the hand of the wicked,
and redeem you from the grasp of the ruthless.”

James 5
Patience and steadfastness please the Lord and grumbling never does!  Lord, I want my yes, yes and my no, no so remind me of this scripture often when I am about to make a commitment.  Prayer truly works!  It forgives, it heals, it produces the favor of the Lord.
Meditate & Apply:
Be and do what I am supposed to be doing.  Waiting on the Lord produces the right character within me so I do not have to be anxious for anything.  Work diligently to make my words produce the actions of what they say.  Pray and rejoice as the circumstances dictate.
