He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Romans 8:32 ESV

1 Kings 17

Elijah had power in his words to do the miraculous because he spoke God’s Words.  This is true for us all as long as it is mixed with faith.  I can never just accept calamity when it attacks in the midst of blessing.  I am to give no place to the enemy, the devil (Ephesians 4:27).  I cannot be tossed to and fro, starting out in faith and when calamity rises up, fall into doubt and unbelief.  This is when my faith must show itself strong.

Jeremiah 43
Nothing stopped Jeremiah from preaching God’s Word.  This is such a good example with all of the hardships people put on Him and yet it never stopped his voice.  When I got so physically attacked to the point of death, the Lord said that the enemy was trying to shut me up.  That fired me up to share the Word all the more and to begin to pray with others for the Kingdom of God regularly and against the works of the enemy.  Lord, never let my voice be silent on Your behalf!

Mark 14
I thoroughly enjoy reading about the brave women who wouldn’t let anyone or anything stop them from serving our Lord Yeshua!  I can’t care what others may think my motives may be when I know my heart is right before Him.  Celebrating Passover every year is one of my favorite things to do in life.  Jason and I have been doing this for quite a few years now even if we don’t have the big celebration at church (we are having it at church in 2020).  It is awesome knowing that this feast pointed to our Lord Yeshua, the Lamb of God when the Father initiated it in Egypt when the Israelites were getting ready to escape their slavery.  This is exactly what my Lord did for me!  He sacrificed His life so that I was made free!  Free from sin and bondage!  And even better is that this is what Communion represents!  Oh what great love the Lord has for me!
38 Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
Peter had instant remorse of his denial of the Lord and this is how I want to be.  Denying the Lord comes in different ways but sin is always the way in.

Meditate & Apply: Speak the Word of the Lord in faith and the miraculous happens.  Never weaken in faith when the enemy tries to rob my blessing from the Lord!  Let nothing stop my voice from speaking God’s Word.  Love my Lord never letting someone else dictate what this looks like.  The Lord has passed over my sin and set me free by the shedding of His blood.  Mahalo, Lamb of God!  Sin is denying the Lord so I don’t want that in my life!

Thank you, yes faith show itself strong, no wavering. Celebrating passover was such a special time, looking forward to it! Lord please help me catch any sin and be instantly remorseful.
