September 8
We had a wonderful family day.  PJ preached a great message and we spent the rest of the day at Barb and Calvin’s, breaking bread, sharing stories and praying.  Jason, Eric, Denise & Mika, Christina and I then went to dinner at a Chinese restaurant that is owned by woman from Oahu, in this little town of Douglas and she was playing a CD of Hawaiian music!  It really is a small world!  We all head out in the morning and said our goodbyes which of course was not easy.  Mika is an absolute sweetheart!  He is a happy little guy with a lot of smiles and “talking”!  He loves to drum so of course I got him a drum set.  Tomorrow we head to Tucson to have lunch with the pastors from the FCF church there and then will meet up with Lonnie and Linda Hilton – yes, they are in Arizona!  I just love how the Lord plans things out!  We will then end up in Phoenix for 2 nights and then fly home.
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God! Let your good Spirit lead me on level ground!  Psalm 143:10 ESV
2 Kings 14

Something I find interesting is the amount of people that were living during this time.  The amount of people struck down always seems to be thousands and thousands.  The Word of the Lord always comes to pass.
Ezekiel 4
Every time the prophets were used as a deliverer for the people, like Ezekiel in this case, it pointed to the Lord Yeshua who delivered us all unto eternity.  With Ezekiel we know that it was temporary and we know that no man can truly deliver us and offer us complete forgiveness except the One who never sinned and paid the eternal price for our sins.  Ezekiel would not do something that the Lord had previously said was defilement and the Lord agreed with him.  This changed after our Lord arose and He showed Peter that it isn’t what a person eats that defiles them, but only if evil comes out of one’s heart.  Nothing is too difficult to talk to our God about.  It think sometimes He checks us out to see where we are at with our walk with Him.  This isn’t for His knowing (He already knows) but for ours. People still eat Ezekiel bread today!
Revelation 15
“Great and amazing are your deeds,
O Lord God the Almighty!
Just and true are your ways,
O King of the nations!
4 Who will not fear, O Lord,
and glorify your name?
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed.”

Meditate & Apply: All things done in faith are acceptable as long as it is not in opposition to the Lord.  Prophets of old, certainly had it rough!  I can talk to my Lord about anything.  There is a time coming when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Yeshua Messiah is Lord!  I am glad I can do this freely now!

Yes, every knee will bow all across the world. The great and wondrous things we will get to participate in is mind boggling. So exciting...
