October 16
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.  Psalm 19:14 ESV

2 Chronicles 7

What an awe-inspiring sight this must have been to see the fire come down and consume all the offerings.  Lord may Your Glory fill our house tonight at Kona Faith Center and every time we meet.

13 When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command the locust to devour the land, or send pestilence among my people, 14 if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place.

Lord, we need our land healed so that we can live by true justice, Your justice and true peace, Your peace.  May I never ever abandon You and may I know and love You more each day!

Ezekiel 42
The Lord is precise in what He requires.  I never have to second guess Him.  It is all written down for me!  I am so grateful for the Scriptures for they are the Will and Voice of my God!

Philippians 3
I always have something to rejoice in the Lord about!  What is loss of anything or anyone on this earth in comparison to truly knowing the Lord?  This sure is worthy of meditation thinking that anything can possibly hold more value in my life than Messiah Yeshua.  It just cannot!  Keep pressing forward and do not look back!
10 that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11 that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.

Application:  Are my offerings (daily life) acceptable to my God?  Let me truly understand the significance of us praying for our land on Wednesday and Sunday before our services.  Keep my eyes fixed on the author and finisher of my faith for there is nothing or anyone in my life that can be put as greater than He or it is idolatry.  Whatever loss I may experience I will gain so much more in the life to come as I keep my eyes on You Lord.  The past is the past and I must live today for my Lord.

Keep pressing forward and do not look back! - It's always interesting when in the OHA, I see a theme and it comes out in corporate prayer and SURPRISES ME! God is always communicating! I must need to clean up my receivers!!!!

Yes, yes and yes. So true, nothing beats knowing and hanging out with our God. Yesterday is yesterday, today is a new day in Him. You truly are the author and finisher of our faith.
