December 3
Happy BD Sandi!
Sorry about last few days but been having computer issues.
Job 3-4, Jonah 4, John 12
Meditate today:

Unless I have walked in someone else’s circumstances, there is no way to understand what they are walking through.  No matter what I walk through it doesn’t change who God is.  He is always gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love and relenting from disaster.  Knowing that this is truly my God, my circumstance will change.  I always find it interesting that the Lord doesn’t only speak of the salvation of Nineveh but of the cattle (animals in some translations) also.  Our God always wants His created beings to know Him.
Is this not still the reality of the day, that those who do evil rise up against those who do good?  When a miracle happens of good to someone, the evil are never pleased so lay those expectations down!  It is important to know what the Word means in context so that I am never deceived.  Yes, our Lord will reign forever but He had to accomplish the work He did at the Cross first and when He returns it will be forever.  Humans can not really give any person glory so how foolish to seek it from humans instead of our wonderful Lord!  Again, thank You Lord that You have made Your Word available to me but I will be judged by it so I must truly live by it.

Yes, no matter what we walk through it doesn't change who God is. So thankful He never changes, is always love and is always faithful!

One. God is soooo good! His mercy endures forever! Growing in the knowledge of who He is means getting to understand all those levels and expressions of His love.

Two. I don't know unless I've been there done, that, and yet...I still don't know.

Three. Glory is a spiritual action, therefore, without God, no glory. Nice one!

Four. I will be judged by God's word, therefore, I will live by God's word. Amen!
